Rich Harger comes from the Chicago area where he grew up. Rich had a strong desire to be an entrepreneur and a success in real estate. Rich enlisted in the Air Force and served his country honorably during the Vietnam war. After Rich was discharged from the military, he decided to move south where the real estate market was much stronger and to escape the brutal cold Chicago winters.

After arriving in Orlando, Rich opened five real estate offices and became an instant success. Through hard work and persistence. One day while doing some development and clearing. He said to himself where does all the wildlife go? Being an avid lover of animals and nature. He thought many of these animals aren't going to make it. Then he decided to commit himself to helping wildlife at his own expense, and created a safe haven sanctuary for birds and ducks. From that point on, he committed himself to care and nurture his new  feathered friends. At present the sanctuary currently houses over 200+ birds and ducks. It's a monumental task to feed and care for this feathered family. It's a 24 seven full-time job that requires constant upkeep. We need your help!
